VBTS does not take materials whose removal has been required prior to demolition – for example regulated asbestos and TSCA regulated PCB containing materials.  

VBTS also does not take materials identified as solid wastes, infectious wastes, hazardous wastes, materials resulting from nontoxic fly ash, spent nontoxic foundry sand or slag, containerized or bulk liquids, fuel tank drums or other closed or filled containers, tires or batteries.
